These terms apply to all reservations, bookings and participation in tours organised by ABC Bike Tours, whether booked online, by phone, by email or via third parties.

By making a reservation the participant agrees to these terms.

A booking is final once confirmed by ABC Bike Tours.

Online bookings may require full or partial prepayment.

All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.

Because of tour preparation, guide reservations and operational costs, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before the tour: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the booking.

ABC Bike Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date or time changes, subject to availability. Changes cannot be guaranteed.

ABC Bike Tours reserves the right to change or cancel a tour due to:

• extreme weather;
• safety reasons;
• force majeure;
• operational circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If ABC Bike Tours cancels a tour, an alternative date will be offered or the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Participants take part at their own risk. Participants must:

• follow the guide's instructions;
• respect traffic rules;
• wear suitable clothing and footwear;
• report any medical conditions in advance.

ABC Bike Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who endangers their own or others' safety.

ABC Bike Tours is not liable for:

• loss, theft or damage of personal belongings;
• delays caused by third parties;
• injury or damage caused by the participant's negligence;
• circumstances beyond reasonable control.

ABC Bike Tours' liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the tour concerned.

Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes.

If a participant does not wish to appear recognisably, please let the guide know before the tour starts.

Personal data is used solely for processing reservations, customer service and operational purposes.

ABC Bike Tours does not sell personal data to third parties.

All agreements between the participant and ABC Bike Tours are governed by Thai law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
